- 1 block (8oz/226g) cream cheese, soften
- 4 oz (113g) smoked salmon fillet, chop into very small pieces
- 3 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
