Ingredients
  • 1 block (8oz/226g) cream cheese, soften
  • 4 oz (113g) smoked salmon fillet, chop into very small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
