Alaskan salmon with butter cream sauce and avocado

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons shallot, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 avocado, cube
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
Preparation
  1. Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in shallot and let it cook for a minute.
  2. Add white wine and let it simmer for couple minutes.
  3. Add cream and continue stirring to incorporate the butter and cream. Turn off the heat.
  4. Add avocado and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Set aside to keep warm until ready to serve.
